Despite the shoddy NFL "investigation," despite the overwhelming scientific support in favor of the Pats, despite the complete lack of any solid evidence implicating Brady, those who choose to believe he cheated will continue to believe he cheated. Just the way it is.

So unless something occurs to take Brady out of the starting lineup, I guess there will be no Garoppolo/Romo showdown in game 4. There goes Eastern Illinois University's big moment in the national spotlight.

What a joke. The golden boy cheater gets away with it again. The National Felonies League has become a farce.

Yeah and I'm not even sure he was "vindicated" as the headlines and Pats' fans scream. Those of us convinced he is a cheater remain unconvinced this ruling means he is not. Unless he has a mental incapacity not sure how he could argue successfully that he had no way of knowing there could be a penalty for impeding an investigation - a central theme to his case. I suspect there will be more to come to this story on appeal. No way the NFL is done. Would be interesting to see reactions of Pats' fans if he loses on appeal right before the playoffs.

Tom if free. Most of the people who call tom a cheater are jets fans or colts. Watch greatness at work. 30 other teams would trade their starting qb for brady right now.

The judge granted Mr. Brady's claim based on procedure, not based on the accuracy of the conclusion that Brady violated NFL ethics and rules.

All the best.

Read the decision. Never says Brady did nothing wrong but rather that NFL didn't give him access to a witness and didn't tell Brady he could be suspended for refusing to hand over texts and emails. Anyone with even half a brain that did nothing wrong would have just turned over the texts and emails to exonerate himself instead of destroying the phone. Maybe he had emails with Hilary Clinton he didn't want anyone to see...

There is still no reason to believe he did nothing wrong just because the NFL screwed up with the witness and the judge ruled he should have been told he would be punished for doing something that should have been obviously wrong. He got the suspension lifted (at least for now) but was not found to be "innocent of all wrong-doing" in the process. There is a difference even if you want to believe otherwise.

keep hating...oh and if you actually read the report 3/4 footballs that the refs were able to gauge for the colts were under-inflated as well. So get your shlT together people. People are just looking for a reason to validate their favorite team ineptitude. Colts fans go admire your AFC Runner up banner

You really think a high profile guy like Tom Brady will turn over his cell phone? He have high profile celebrity friends and a super model wife thats more famous than himself.

There could be pics of these ppl fukin their side bitches, doing drugs, naked pics of Gasel...

On a side note, Tom gave them everything Wells ask for. They also did a search on his account....go catchup on the case. The judge said they have nothing...Nothing to prove Brady of any wrong doing. You like all ppl believe what tw media told you about Brady distroying his phone lol

Also if you guys believe that the rules should be follow (air in a ball)...then you should also follow the fact that the judge overturn the 4 game suspension and deal with it

Brady is free and thats a fact...move on

When accused of wrong doing, I expect a person -- high profile, low profile, or somewhere in between -- who has clear proof, as shown by their cell phone records/conversations, would turn over that information to the appropriate investigators.

Unless the things in question meet the standard of qualifying for attorney-client privilege or doctor-patient confidentiality, HELL YES, I expect he would turn over the records, show he had nothing to do with the chicanery and move on.

All the best.

I haven't checked since yesterday. Last I heard there was discussion of appealing the judge's ruling.

I haven't read the judge's full decision. Was there anything in it that would prohibit the NFL from conducting a new investigation in accordance with the judge's procedural notes and then suspending Brady again? Seeing as the suspension and investigation didn't happen in a court of law, there is no "double jeopardy" limitation. The NFL can just use the same investigative information and have the whole "redo" done in 24 hours.

All the best.
