This is my 5th BMW. I feel lucky I can still attain a BMW. It's a privilege to drive a nice car, so I hate when people complain about them. Here are all the positives. I'm also comparing to my 2018 340i with the power and sound kit.

I'll start with the damn burbles. I have the M Performance Exhaust. It burbles a lot. Even in comfort where my 2018 didn't even. Now it hasn't snapped and cracked, but I haven't taken it over 4K rpm yet. So there: your damn burbles are still there!! (At least with the M Exhaust.)

The car is more planted, tamer, and more mature than the 2018. I always felt like my 18 340i was going to shake apart in sport under throttle. It was raw. The G20 feels like the chassis was made for the power. I find myself keeping it in comfort mode more. It's quicker in comfort than the F30. It is also louder in comfort. However; In sport it is not as loud as my 2018 was was in sport. I'm ok with both.

There is also no body roll. It handles so much better. It's on winter tires now, and it grips better than the 2018 in summers. Steering is also more centered. The larger brakes from the cooling and performance tire package are huge and bite like hell. They only fit 19s. No way 18s fit on these monsters.

The interior is leaps beyond the F30. Bigger and better seats. Feels like a 5 series. Tech all around is great. The drive recorder (which you have to subscribe for) is a built in dash cam. The auto start and power trunk are my favorite new additions. I also don't mind the no 'stop start'. With the mild hybrid it's beyond seamless.

Here are pictures of 'Mando'. My fiancé named him after the current caretaker of baby yoda. He's on his winter wheels and tires here.

I had been running Sottozeros on my F30s for 6 years. I needed a New tire and wheel package for the G20. Tire rack suggested Vredestein Wintertrac Pros.

They had good reviews, and cost less. So far they are doing great. I had the bumper pushing snow the other day in Pittsburgh.

So far it's enough for me, but you'll have to get the M performance exhaust.

I have not ran up the RPMs high yet, then let off; Which in your, and my old car would really crack. My fear is those are gone, but I don't know yet.

I do get burbles in comfort though!!
