VASK Style Indicators on G21 3 Series
Hi.
I assume the answer is no, but I get envious every time I see strobing style indicators on the VW and Audi cars I follow to work.. Is there a supported or allowed software hack to have the indicators work the same way? Cheers |

No software hack to get sequential turn signals unfortunately.

OP is in NZ so different rules apply. Here in the US, we don't get the true sequential turn signals due to FMVSS 108. You need a lamp w/ a surface area of 8.6 sq in to illuminate at once. The 1st lamp on the mustang's turn signal meets that size requirement. The LED's on Audi's don't and that is why they also have a separate lamp that also flashes just on/off.

You would have to go the after market Chinese route for the wing mirror versions which I did, and hopefully you'd receive a set that fits, unlike what I got . The looong process of trying to retrieve my £ back put me off going the same route again and after a while I thought, what's the point of of having the wing mirrors working that way if the rears don't? |
