Angry Connected Store Purchase

Ive purchased the high beam / auto dimming option, as I think it will be a worth while addition to the car.
Everything went through OK, it showing in my connected app that its there, but i was expecting to see some sort of message in the car this morning asking me to accept / verify it? Cant see anything at all?
Anyone else had a similar thing and know if there is a way of finding it? I tried to press the AUTO button on the light stick and it says its possible (or words to that affect, cant remember exactly what it said)

Anyone give me some pointers??

You need to wait for it to do an update which will pop up on the main screen. Mine took just under 24 hours to appear once my 330e was fully charged and had been parked up overnight. HTH

Ok spot on mate, I'll see what happens
It was yesterday evening so I'll see tomorrow morning that's should give it enough time

I waited two weeks... after reading others issues with this I decided to try charging my battery as advised by others. It was low and I left it on overnight. Next day drove the car and when I switched off it advised it was ready to install. Install it did and all good.

Maybe worth a try.

I purchased BMW Music last Friday and received confirmation of purchase and confirmation of activation almost immediately but no actual BMW Music in my iDrive.

The following day I received the invoice but still no BMW Music.

4 calls to customer services, 3 emails to Connected Drive services (all unanswered) and a week further down the line still no BMW Music.

Sent another email asking for a full credit for my purchase and if I get no response I’ll contact my bank to recall the funds.

Have to admit, the jury is still out on BMW’s all round service.

That's grim

A lot of stories of shoddy customer service from start to finish
Hopefully I'm not one of the poor statistics and my notification appears over the weekend

I'll start emailing and calling next week if nothing transpires

I purchased the HBA and the only indication I got was 2 days later after a drive, when the screen then said it was ready to install. That then installed relatively quickly as I sat there. I've since used it a couple of times, and it seems very good. More reacive than expected and I dont feel lile I'm blinding other drivers.

You just press the button and off you go, the car takes care of the rest. High beam when needed, otherwise it sticks to low beam. The Adaptive part of it (the light dancing) is automatic as well.

It's done, pulled up at home, turned off car and noticed a message, turned back on a there it was. Activated in a few minutes
Won't probably try til Monday morning

They must of read my rant......... it’s just popped up on my iDrive now.

Happy to have BMW Music back but customer service is still dog shit.
