Laser Lights possible issue.

I have a Sep '20 built 330i M Sport Pro with laser lights.

When driving in full auto mode on a dark stretch of road, I can't tell any difference when going from 30mph to well beyond 40mph in the high beam output (blue high beam indicator lit).

Is there anyway to actually tell if/when the laser high beams activate?

Turn off auto and try it in manual mode. If I'm not mistaken, the speed has nothing to do with the light beam going further. It relies on oncoming traffic and the position of the wheels

From the digital owners manual:

When the high beams are switched-on, starting with a speed of approx 37 mph / 60 km/h, laser high beams are automatically switched on in addition to the LED high beams.

There's no visual indication when the laser high beams are switched-on.

Mine (G05) rarely come on due to ambient lighting but here's a post from the G05 which shows when it's active:

Many thanks for the feedback. Will just keep on trying to see a difference. Going back in to the dealer early Nov as the roof unit that performs gesture control has never worked since delivery and will get them to run a check.

Amazing how many do not consult the owners manual. There is a lot of helpful information there. No I have not read it all but I do look at it from time to time

I have read the owners manual, but as there appears to be no difference in light output below 37mph and above that on a straight dark country road, not sure if they are faulty.

In original post I did mention that I have changed speed from 30mph to above 40mph, so was aware of the approx. 37mph setting for the activation of laser lights.
