From what I've heard across the forum, the connections need to be checked because they can sometimes come loose from vibration/expansion (especially just after installation). Check the O2 sensor while you're at it.

Saw this pop up on the G42 forum last week, could be a break in issue as it also occured with a day or so, then went away for the G42 after another day. Call AA, they'll have the best advise.
