Well, technically, it could be any color red since there is no rule stating that every single pre-production vehicle is painted in a color that will be available for sale. But if this is a production color (which would make the most sense), it is Toronto Red.

You can find Toronto Red on the X3 M and X4 M if you want to see more pictures of it.
Yup TR and a fantastic colour!

I like how wide it looks but at the same tim just doesn't look as aggressive as the F80 does. But let's see how they do especially when the front image leaks. That will be a real sh*t show in the comments. Can't wait.

Good eye.

Clearly few actually read the thread.

Awful looking...with what they may be doing with the front end and now this is the rear end...I'll be taking a hard pass on this new m3.

That can't be real. Like someone said it looks like a pepboys special...

Few things that look off to me.

Tinted windows from a factory prototype?

prototypes usually still has the badge on the back (but taped up)

There is a chance this is a sunroof option version, angle could be hiding sunroof...

I doubt there would be a non sunroof, non carbon option when old one had standard CF roof and this will be more expensive...
Especially if this is the comp version (spoiler and darker pipes).

wheel flair does look like current F80, and color does look like toronto red to me (which I think will look better on 3/4 series than SUVs).

Nice spin.

There's no way of defending the 4-series concept.

I said ďCF roof will be an option but Iím sure you can get without.Ē Meaning, you know, you can get it with or without CF roof.....This is what youíre upset about? That my specific verbiage didnít denote which is the default? Cmon.

These shots are the real deal. I can't quite tell whether or not this is the ZCP (wheels say yes), but we will soon find out.

I think the black elements are M Performance accessories using that Raw Carbon application like the M Performance F40.

If itís a new car there wonít be a competition pkg just yet at least not for another 2-3 years. If Iím not mistaken the new motor would be a M tuned B58 which they should now call S58

BMW has moved away from making the competition "package" and now just classifies it as a different variant of the vehicle. See recent M2, M5, X3M, X4M, etc offerings. They now simultaneously release the "base" and competition versions of the vehicle.

They have been releasing the Comp Packages almost simultaneously with the new models recently
