Never really used the app before. Downloaded it today.

Remote 3D view is greyed out. A message beneath says: coming soon!

How soon is soon?! Anyone know?

I think it’s not worked for 3 months on the old app and it’s been saying that on the new app for a couple of months.

My guess would be next year!

It still works on the old app for me. Occasionally useful.

But as usual it's complete silence about actually when it will appear on the new app. Same applies to Alexa.

I’ve just tried completely deleting the old app off the iPhone and reinstalling. It appears to be working and you see the wing mirrors unfold etc, but no data is sent back to the car. I just get a 3D view of a silver car in a grey box!

Just tried mine in the old app and it worked first time. On checking on the new app it shows that I had a successful Remote 3D view under the “Remote History” box 3D View box is still greyed out.

Thanks for that! I did wonder as I said at the time it may have broke when I upgraded to iOS 14 beta in June. I wonder what the issue is because it successfully sends the commands, it just can receive the image.

It is weird thou...it still works for me on IOS 14.... on iPhone X

As well as the Remote 3D view you can now also see the individual photos that were taken to create it. Don’t see the use of them but it is new...

Doesn't work for me in iOS 14, no issues in Android.

App states it's an IOS 14 issue that will be resolved in an IOS update 'coming soon'. Doesn't work in either the new or old app on IOS 14 for me. Still works on my pre-IOS 14 iPad Air and I like how you can individually view each camera's photo

I’m on IOS 14.0.1 and works for me in both old and new apps.

Received an update from BMW saying this issue will be fixed in iOS 14.2.

This is currently on Beta 3, so may be a few weeks wait.

I believe 14.1 is out at the end of this week as now GM.
