BMW 795M wheels installed
installed the Ferric Grey 795m wheels today. Instead of the stock tire size, I went up slightly. 235/35-20 fronts and 265/30-20 rears. Will post better pics when have time.
I need to lower it a little and I need spacers, mainly for the rears. Fronts are pretty good. Will get those angle shots too based on how it is now. FYI...so I am in So Cal and these are forged, very light. Come to find out, I have RFTs with my 18s. These 20s are not RFT but as I heard some concerns about 19s and rough rides, FYI...even being non RFT these smaller sidewalls are pretty firm. Not an issue in Orange County since our roads are near perfect but my drives to LA will require patience and finesse. So while I love the look, anyone with questionable roads, may want to stay with 19s. I can feel a tiny bit difference between the weight of the OEM 18s vs these OEM 19s. Car just feels better now. Blacking out side window trim too, cant stand the shiny trim. Last edited by pkancel; 08-30-2019 at 11:02 PM.. |

Thanks pal and I did too about 20 years ago after the second set when I was cursing ever time I had to spend 15 min per wheel to make them look good again. Praying thats not the case with these!!

Wheels look great on your car. Do you have adaptive suspension? Also you stated that you have a 35 series tire on your rear tires, not a misprint? I would assume there is no stretch also?

No adaptive suspension and thank you for calling attention to my error. Will fix now. My rears are 265/30-20 but definitely no stretch since this size is slightly wider and tiny amount taller than the OEM size for them.

I so understand. I had no intention of doing this wheel now but the pictures I kept seeing, made it impossible to forget.
