ACC, LIM or None
I’m interested in how much people use ACC, LIM or neither of these functions while driving. The result will probably depend a lot on what sort of driving individuals do........country, town, light or heavy traffic.
The reason I’m asking is that I use ACC a lot and find that the car brakes a lot more than I would normally do driving without these aids. Therefore, I see that, over time, brake wear is likely to be higher using ACC compared with driving without aids. BTW, the main reason I use ACC so much is to prevent myself getting a plethora of speeding fines. The car zips along effortlessly and it is SOOO easy to break the speed limit (any speed limit) without realizing.
