Burger tuning support?
Who’s finding it impossible to get any type of support from Burger Tuning? I purchased their G20 M340i cold air intake and found it does not fit properly. Any ideas of how to get in touch with them?

They offer email, live chat, and a support forum, their website has links to each. They don't pay to advertise on this forum so don't offer support here.

Terry is the owner over there, they have like 20 employees now lol. He's pretty good with getting back to people but only so much one man can do. The other guys there should be getting back to you quickly.

It's best to reach out by email or use their chat on the website. All companies are running behind during these times, im not sure when you reached out but I would give them 3-5 days to respond

I keep seeing a lot of posts about poor support from them and even on their forum, i see questions asked and no replies or super delayed replies. Shame they aren't on it. That's how you start to lose business.

Email is always the most direct way to reach them if you need help with anything. That gets priority over forum and Facebook support.
