I am not allowed to tint my windows/windshield as per state laws, but I am thinking of retrofitting the black kidney grill too!

Ppf fades and doesn't enhance the beautiful color of these cars. BMW paint is tough, It stands up to rocks pretty well

BMW paint is NOT tough. Atleast in the new G chassis cars. It was much better in the F chassis cars. My F25 X3 had significantly less rock chips compared to my G20 and G01. And that car had done twice the miles and most of it on the highway where rock chips occured often. I thought Audi paint was soft but looks like the new BMWs have it worse.

Maybe it's situational. I have 0 rock chips in my 2 year old car. I did catch a rock and had to replace the windshield. I guess it depends on driving habits. I've had great luck

Hi everyone! I just purchased my first BMW. It's a 2022 330I with shadowline package. Loving it so far. Looking to upgrade the exhaust (FI ? ), carbon fiber spoiler and possibly the carbon fiber front splitter. I'm in Ohio in the Cleveland area.

some pics with sun. This color really changes a lot based on lighting conditions, it has a ton of metallic in the paint.

Congrats! Gorgeous car, its funny how much different the car looks with extended Shadowline/black wheels vs. cerium trim and 792 wheels. Not to derail the thread, but what didn't you like about the G42, and you were able to trade out and not lose your butt after only 3 months?

First time ever hand-washing our 330i. Just moved into a house and I missed having space to properly wash cars ourselves. Now I just need to get rid of swirls from the last time the dealer washed it...
