Why bother with a broker when you can contact the fleet manager for a excellent deal. All brokers got their vehicles from dealers cut the chase and get the car straight from dealers.

Not true, i own the best rated broker company in socal, my BMW source take 0 individual client and disregard 90% the brokers, only has time for the very best who move 50+ cars a month, and the price i get is untouchable by anyone.

I'm not convinced your price is untouchable. I just leased a new(not a loaner) m340i at buy rate with 14.6% off BEFORE incentives.
I highly doubt you're doing much better than that and not posting it on Leasehackr

Good for you.

Not here to convince anyone and never bother getting on leasehackr. Leasehackr will not get you an allocation for 911 Speedster, 718 spyder, 718 GT4, we can .

1. How did leasing a regular M340i turn into getting allocations for Porsche specialty cars?

2. Porsches highly discourage leasing with their MRM, high MF, and low residuals.

3. $1000/month for a X3M is not a good deal. https://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showp...9&postcount=10

Don't be upset. I'm just calling out your very bold statement.
We're talking about high volume BMW 3 series, not sure why you would bring up those significantly more expensive cars?

Please share if you are doing way better than my past leases:

All of these payments are including So Cal tax
2017 330i 45k msrp - 24/15k
346/mo $0das

2018 BMW 320i 36k MSRP - 24/12k
230/mo $0 DAS

2020 M340i 58k msrp - 36/12k
469/mo $0DAS + 7 MSD

If you are doing significantly better(including the payment difference for a broker fee) then I would love to enlist your help.

Your 2030 M340i deal looks great. Do you know what it was if there was no MSDs factored in? Just curious.

I did not soliciting anything, i simply said the best BMW contact i do 50+ cars a month with does not take any individual client, and his price is untouchable.

I am just telling you all you can talk about amazing prices all you want, that does not mean reality, if forum/leasehackr price always work, i wouldnt be getting calls from people who told me they spent 40+ hours shopping every dealerships to get them match these prices they see online and not able to get it.

For the expert who said $1000/month on X3M is not a good deal, you do understand that was at launch, before anyone have any inventory right, you dont compare a price you get at launch to a time where every dealership have 10+ inventory.

I always find it funny that someone who browse a nationwide forum think they know local market better than a professional who move 50+ units a month, but hey, this is the exact reason i changed from spending hours everyday browsing post as a diehard bimmer fan, to only see the news on home page and barely read the forum anymore.

I hope you all will save the OP some time and money with your posts.

"Stormy", you should include a couple of Bimmerfest boards in your BMW info search.

Thanks man! Yeah np, the MSD made a difference of about ~27/mo. If you have the capital to make a 3k - 3.5k security deposit for 3 years it drops the MF from .00128 - .00093 and saves about 900 bucks off the total cost of the lease. Thats a really good ROI Imo.

You stopped browsing this WHOLE forum because people think they know the market better than a professional in terms of pricing?

You realize this forum is more than just pricing for BMWs right?

People sign our retainer contract and pay us before we do anything.

Good for you that you got the deal you mentioned, but that means absolute nothing if someone wants specific build, color, option that are different. Pricing is based on supply demand, like i said you can talk about your deal all you want, but it does absolutely nothing in terms of helping the OP getting a car he wants, you are just giving him false expectation without knowing what he is looking for that will potentially set him up to waste hours of time and disappointment.

For example, a fully loaded red car with huge amount of punch money in it will grant you the best deal, but if you want a white car with red interior that are in high demand for the same model will get you a completely different pricing, and the best deal on the red car will mean nothing. This is the difference between a pro and a forum browser who think you know everything.

Pros solve problems and work accordingly to fit someones need, instead of throwing numbers without knowing any details.

The only broker I have ever used is this forum on my BMWs.

Great wealth of knowledge and ton of people willing to help.

My E92 335 was a pre-order before it was released to public and later on my E92 Comp was the very 1st Comp car delivered in my state. Both of those cars were ED invoice plus a very small fee.

My M340 is also custom ordered and I got a very competitive price for my local market, thanks again to another forum member.

All the info you need is here already.

All brokers got their cars from authorized dealers and dealers would not lose the deal to brokers. Even if the made a small profit margin they would sell you the vehicles and make other profit on ext warranty & finance.

I honestly thank you all for all the info. Didn't know all my options. I'm not a great negotiator which is why I was leaning towards just hiring a pro.
