Assistance required please

Hi guys, I have a G20 320d xdrive with really heavy steering, I want to try and code it a bit lighter if possible, but I'm not sure what needs coding, so...
Would you be so kind to delve into the coding on your cars and tell me what settings you already have and where the settings are, plus what car you own, this will give me an idea in what I can adjust.

The reason I'm wanting to do this is I had loan car out and it was not xdrive and the steering was way lighter at low speeds.

Thanks and I hope you can help

Why don't you just put the steering in comfort?

That's one of the problems, there is virtually no difference between sport, comfort and eco and they are all set in comfort

I notice this too. I have a 330i w the M sport pack and the steering seems super stiff even in comfort. Compared to my other cars and also a loaner non m sport 330i I had, mine is much stiffer. I prefer the lighter steering but I think most people like the heavier. Would love to see if it could be made lighter.

Glad it's just not me, I'm trying to find a pattern to this and to see if we can do any coding on it.

Have you got the Lane Departure cruise control button active? This makes the steering very heavy around town.
If you change to normal active cruise control, or no cruise control active, the steering lightens considerably.

SteveAus I have steering intervention off. I've gotten used to the steering feel just notice that it's a lot lighter on non m sport models.

I'm just the opposite. I have a M340ix. I drove a 330i non M as a loaner. I hated the steering. Too light.
