Anyone else seen this or know of this being common?

Car arrived and purchased in August 2023. No issues upon delivery.

I noticed this while cleaning my car and after it'd been to the dealer for ambient lighting issue in the front passenger door panel not being uniform. I'm not saying it was the dealer as I don't see why they'd remove the housing and their is no exterior damage around or on the housing of the light itself. Dealer did take my car for a "test drive" too for 5 miles

Will be bringing it back for them to fix and provide updates, hopefully it's not a bad batch of tail lights
