Loyalty Credit and APR Credit questions

Have the option of financing through my credit union (CU) at 1.49% APR for a 3-year loan or 1.84% for a longer loan. BMW is offering a $2500 "APR credit" against the MSRP of a new 3-series car purchased, but I don't know if that credit would be offered if I finance through my CU. Also, there's a Loyalty credit -- is that credit for loyalty to the brand / dealer or loyalty to BMW FS?

All credits / rebates are only offered if financed through BMW. That's their way of saying "gotcha".

Loyalty credit is for current BMW owners and leasees....

Just a thought...

Take the BMW finance with the loyalty credit - and then flip around and refi with your credit union. Typically the credit union will still extend "new car rates" if the car is less than XX months old with less than XX miles (XX meaning check with your cu)

By the way.......why wouldn't you finance with BMW Financial......they are 0.9% for up to 60 months plus all the incentives?

I am interested in purchasing the 330e G20 (2021 MY). I have not yet negotiated a price, but on the dealer's website, it looks like the best financing offer for this model is 2.89% APR and a loyalty incentive of $2000 cashback.

I see an "APR credit" offer and/or 0.9% APR on the 330i model. I am confused about whether the incentive can be combined with the reduced APR.

If there's no incentive to finance through BMW FS, then I will go thru the CU directly. Otherwise, I will consider re-financing in a few months.

Sorry.....didn't realize you were going for an "e".....I thought all models had the 0.9%....btw....BMW changes monthly.....when I ordered in January the rate was 2.9 but I got the 0.9 when I picked it up in May...
