I've only used Remote 3D View in the connected drive app a few times so far but the last couple days I'm only getting a full grey photo even after trying multiple times. I did recently swap the mirror caps so I wonder if that has anything to do with it but there's no other issues with them and it appears fine on the iDrive full 3D view.

Anyone else ever experienced this?

Just tried mine and it worked.

Just wondering if the issue is with the App/Phone as also updated to iOS 14 beta this week.

What is strange though, is if I am watching the car when I do the refresh, I do see the wing mirrors pop out to take the photo. Would add weight to the beta being the issue.

Ah that's certainly a possibility as I also did update to the beta this week.

I think that’s the issue. Just need to wait to see if the next beta fixes it or if BMW need to update their app for iOS 14.

Yeah, seems like it as the app isn't able to render any of the old images as well. Not a big deal as I don't use this much but hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Another issue I found that could also be related to iOS 14 is that the app now always thinks that my trunk is open but the car does not. I tried closing it again multiple times too.
