Yeah 2 people had some rattle issues in the Dinan exhaust thread and Dinan is sending them each new exhaust but said they are back ordered 4-6 weeks now.. I would have probably already pulled the trigger on MPE I just cant stand looking at the fake tips.. Really want the quads..

That is literally the only thing keeping me from looking at MPE more seriously too. Quad tips will look nasty

That's also what I'm thinking- but for that $ could get Dinan/MPE, tune & intake for same price

As much as I like loud and crazy, I still have a need for lame and mild. Will this be a true Jeckel and Hyde exhaust? Or go with the MPE? Would love to hear a rev off with the 3 available.

Unfortunately don't think they'll be releasing any sound clips for a couple more weeks. Sounding like the product isn't even available for another 6-8 weeks.

I think it will sound great but will it be worth the major premium over MPE and Dinan- not sure. Think I'll go w Dinan for the time being.

It doesn’t look like it has closable flaps, but I could be wrong. Looks all or nothing. So that leaves me one question is it the MPE or wait for Dinan ?

I am a little surprised that they aren't offering a valved 'switchpath' option seeing as it comes with a valved exhaust from the factory

I just went ahead and ordered the Dinan exhaust. Unfortunately these are on BO until August and waited too long to make up my mind so I'll have to wait for 5-6 weeks to get it.

Went with the black tips

i'm sure you won't regret it..it still does the job. i just loved AWE's products and quality and that it's a full catback

yeah agreed i do wish they made it valved because their m3 f80 one was valved. i guess we'll see how loud it'll be

You can't go wrong with the Dinan product. I think it has what most want from the sound/looks and it can be quiet when you need it to be.....
(Except that you/we have to wait)
