USB playback

After an OTA update to 11/2019.70 I've noticed that for the usb music playback, the shuffle option is missing (?)

It looks like this:

So the first thing I did was to perform the hard reset of the iDrive, and voila! The shuffle is back:

And the problem is... next day when I go to the car, the shuffle option is once again gone... Another iDrive reset - and it's back. I can lock and leave the car for a couple of minutes, everything is fine. But after another night - pufff - the shuffle option gone again...

A bug in the software I guess.. Anyone with a similar issue?

I will bump this thread.

Can anyone on 11/2019.70 confirm that the shuffle option when playing mp3 from usb stick is always displayed and works as intended? (see my original post with pics)

Any help appreciated!

I switched to CarPlay because of stuff like this. Sometimes the shuffle option would disappear when using my iPhone via USB or Bluetooth, sometimes on just certain playlists. Also when picking songs sometimes it would play the wrong song. I had no issues with CIC or NBT iDrive but iDrive 7 has sucked.

And when I do play in Shuffle mode, the playlist doesn't come up. Instead it says "Please Wait".
