Nicely done mate. Perfectly balanced with the mix of carbon and black.
Any thoughts on changing the grill?

Thanks! Never thought of changing the grill; I like the black. What sort of grill options are there?

no flame - why not save the money in mods and start with an m340i?

You have two options.

m340i in black
https://paddleshifterz.com/product/o...ille-g20-m340/

m340i in chrome
https://paddleshifterz.com/product/o...s-51135a07604/

m340i carbon.

https://paddleshifterz.com/product/o...-71-9-632-873/

I'm not sure if pre-lci and lci grills are the same fitment

I'd love a 340I or M3 but I thought the 330 was more practical for my use. I really like the fog lights on the 330, the lower insurance/better gas mileage and when I go on weekend Joy rides it has plenty of power

A lot of folks just don't get it. Not everyone needs or wants an m car. I've had 4, they never saw a track, a drag strip every now and then but nothing of any real consequence. Looking at the level of mods it's quite clear that the op could have "stretched" to a 340 or m3 if he really wanted. That's a great looking car by the way.

Agreed! I was on the fence about trading the 330 for the M340i but decided to mod the 330 instead. The dealer was going to kill me on the trade.

The car looks great btw! I’m down a similar mod path as your car lol. I have the M Performance interior trim kit, steering wheel/cover, front attachment (waiting to be installed), rear trunk spoiler, RW Carbon cf side mirrors, Dinan exhaust, springs/bump stops (waiting to be installed), turbo inlet pipe (waiting to be installed), MAD charge pipe (waiting to be installed) and a few others.

I want to also add the M Performance BBK. It looks sick on your car! Question, who installed the BBK and did you have to buy a new brake booster kit?

Thank you! That's a nice list of mods. I've been thinking of the turbo inlet pipe also, would love to hear how you like it when you get it on.

I got the brake kit installed at the dealership, no booster kid required. From what I read online, US cars don't need it.

Looks great man! Everything is tastefully done and came together perfectly. Just got the exact same car and color combo and will be duplicating some of your mods (just read your post on the ebay vs M performance splitter too so I appreciate the review). Few questions: did you do the JB tuner yourself and if so what was the level of expertise required? I'm pretty handy but not well versed in using tuners. Also, where did you get your IND painted reflectors and M performance splitter? Feel like BMW parts worldwide has the best price for the splitter but I'm open to other suggestions.

Thanks for the compliment! The JB+ is very easy to use. It took a little longer to put it on the first time, disconnecting the sensor is a pain the first time (the clip is pretty tight). But now I can remove or install the JB+ in probably 30 seconds from start to finish.

I got the splitter from www.getbmwparts.com; they have very good deals and great customer service. Regarding the reflectors, you can order directly from IND here https://ind-distribution.com/

Over the past month I've added on the following items. Also used the polisher with Chemical Guys VSS to help a lot with the minor swirl marks. Thought I'd share some new pics

-M Performance rear carbon fiber diffuser (got from a member on here).
-Gloss black wrapped roof
-Tinted tail lights
-BMW 50th anniversary projector door lights

Is this the 2022 330i or 2023? I noticed that my 2023 model does not have the fog lights in the front and it also does not have the spots under the doors for the ground lights. Been trying to figure out if its the manufacturing year difference.

Couple new mods over the past few weeks...

1) Dinan turbo inlet - 30 minute install, looks great, adds to the intake/turbo noises (mostly when letting off throttle).

2) M Performance carbon fiber door sills (5 minute install, go great with the shadowline package)

3) Gloss black painted roof trim pieces to match the wrapped roof (looks much cleaner up close with the trim matching the roof).

Really smart mate! So jealous of the big brakes. They were a factory option on UK M340i's but not the M340d so i missed out!

The fog light bumper is apart of the M sport exterior package.

Happy Holidays everyone! Haven't posted in a while so thought I'd share a few new pics (was 60's in Ohio on Christmas!) Only new mods are the 50th anniversary emblems/wheel covers and Dinan carbon fiber engine cover; both look awesome!
