Anyone else have in issue with the Connected Drive store?

The subscription for my traffic camera information expires here in like 2 weeks. Whenever I go into the Connected Drive store to renew it, I am unable to checkout. I can add it to my cart no issue, but once I click the "checkout" button, I get an error saying the page is unavailable. It's been like this for almost two weeks now. I've also tried on my phone, and same thing.

Anyone else have this problem or know a work around?

ConnectedDrive has been SUPER flaky for me as well. The drive recorder and traffic camera information disappeared entirely from the website/store purchase list last week. Car claims that "I am subscribed to every service available," which is obviously not true.

Approximately the same time, android auto disappeared (phone no longer connects, re-pairing does not show it as an option, resetting the HU + updating apps/services doesn't help)

Thank you. My traffic camera information expired 8/14. I’ve been trying to renew it, but the checkout page always throws up an error. So frustrating.

Try a different browser. I normally use Safari on a Mac, but I had to switch to Firefox to avoid error pages.

Yeah, I've tried it in Safari on both my Mac and iPhone as well as Chrome on my Windows work computer and still have the same issue.

Interesting. Renewed some subscriptions as well today via my iPhone -Safari. Worked fine. Try cleaning up your cache/cookies.

Yeah, I've tried all that too. I'm assuming you have different site since it looks like you're in Belgium.

Have a ticket in with connected drive IT support for my issues. Front line support was puzzled as well. Allegedly takes ~10 days to resolve.

I Had a similar problem, I tried in my iPhone, my Ipad in a Mac and after some attempts, worked in a Windows laptop.

But it also means that trouble with the backend / account will lock you out of features you thought you had owned/purchased.

Just used it now in the U.K. on a edge browser. No issues
Had to renew RTTI which here is £79 per year, but saw they offer a booster package which along with RTTI includes the option I've not renewed before (as I didn't think they were worth the money) if weather and news. Also get bmw online aswell. So a no brainier for the same cost.

It's still not working for me. Every time I go to check out I got an error saying the page is not available. I've reached out to BMW for help, so we'll see where it goes.

Can you try another pc, perhaps one at your office or similar? At least rule out your device

Or can you try a different browser?

I've tried my Mac, iPhone and work computer. Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Still unfortunately have the issue. :/

Right there with ya. I've tried purchasing remote engine start through connected drive (as I was told I should be able to by the connected drive rep) for my '23 m340. They opened up a ticket for their tech support to check, and I got a response 48hrs later that " it is not available for your vehicle at this time" My connected drive profile says I am subscribed to all services, and does not give me options to purchase anything else

That’s frustrating. For me, I actually had the service I’m trying to buy before but it expired.

I’ve found the whole myBMW site is kinda flaky at times. No matter how many times I’ve logged in and checked the box to remember my computer, it never does that either.

Oh man that would be frustrating yeah. Seems like a common occurrence with this platform, not sure what the deal is. Hopefully you're able to get yours situated man

Glad I'm not the only one. Having the same problem with my '23. I go to 'shop connected store' and nothings even available to purchase. Frustrating
