What's the MF/APR? The 10%+ off MSRP is good.
I dont know the APR yet, My credit is not the best due to a recent business that I started and Inhave used most my credit cards for that. But I expect to pay off in 5-6 months so I m not worried about APR.

So I ordered a 330i M sport and that’s scheduled to be delivered soon and with rebates it’s just under 50k (build price 53200, 1500 discount, 2000 rebates, 500 bmwcca). Another dealership basically contacted me when I stopped talking to them bc they were not budging, and they are offering me a m340i x drive for 58k (plus any rebates, ie 2500) but with only leather interior and heated seats/steering wheel (59140+destination). I’m thinking they should get down to 57 before rebates before I bite, but should I feel bad about the other dealership who ordered a car for me who has no m340is coming up? Recommendations on the negotiation? Unfortunately in seattle where the negotiations power seems much poorer than when I was in LA, but if it was within a certain price range I think the 340i is the way to go.

I m buying fully loaded M340i for the same price as your base 340i. I think you should negotiate with a dealer in Oregon (Portland Are) thats what I did in my region. I live in Madison AL and local dealer won't budge on price so I decided to work with a Atlanta dealer. 4 hrs drive can save me over $7000 USD I think thats worth it.

My buddy ordered one with a 65k MSRP M340i for $699 plus tax with 3k due at signing. That is a pretty great deal. Dealership is in Atlanta, GA. Please PM me for details and I can give you the CA's contacts.

As time marches on, this will not be such a good deal. We pay a premium for early adoption.......

Update. We went back to the dealer Friday.
We negotiated a final “Dea”. $5,000 off
MSRP . $2,500 in Rebates , plus the $500
BMWCCA rebate. We were able to get
0.00177 MF lease rate. We also did 7
MSD’s. Which got us down .0014 approximately .
We are planning on doing a PCD back
In South Carolina. We did PCD in 2013
On a 2013 BMW 335i.
We ordered the 2020 BMW M340
Portimao Blue Metallic, Black Leather,
All the major options except phone charger &
& oil cooler. This will be our Fourth 3 series
Since 2006. Hope this helps. BTW, we are in
Southern California. Our selling price was just
Over $60,000 with the $5,000 discount.
That’s 7.8% off MSRP. I’ve been reading the
M340 reviews. We can’t wait to pick it up
South Carolina & Drive it back cross country.
Of Course after going through the Performance Center Delivery,
And mini driving school and Factory Tour !
Zoom zoom !

Actually the deal was $699 per month including tax with 3k due at signing on a 65k car. Also, my friend didn't qualify for college grad credit like you, so his deal is actually a little better.

So I just got this deal from my dealership on a custom ordered M340:

MSRP: $63,270
Selling Price: $58,580
Adj. Cap Cost: $57,404
Miles: 10k/yr
Residual: 61%
Rebate Amount: $3,250
Money Factor: 0.00155 (0.00165 with 1 MSD)
Cash down: $0 (Besides 1st payment, security deposit, bank acquisition fee)

Monthly Payment: $670 (taxes rolled into the monthly payments)

I was hoping to get it down to $650. How did I do?

That is a horrible deal and I hope you didn’t take it. 1500 discount is a laughable matter

What most people do not understand is buying a brand new car is the easiest thing as you have the whole country to serve you. Shipping a car in a closed container from FL to Sea is about 1700.....if you have to go that far.

Seattle people are also stuck for some dumb reason with their local dealers.....go to Spokane, Idaho, Tricities and of corse to Oregon and CA see how you can save thousands...... They all love stealing customers from Seattle dealers......

I bought cars from almost all of those dealers at huge discounts. My last 3 BMWs were bought locally as the locals matched the other deals I got last sec.

Give Adam and BMW Seattle crew a chance but do your homework 1st. They are really great people but won’t just give you a discount bec you asked for one.

We have enough tech idiots in this town where a 500 discount is acceptable to their geeky anti social brains And dealers of course love milking them.

Ok, I feel better now Peace

Never thought of buying outside of my state (Texas). So the dealers don’t care? How common is it to do this?

Super common! Folks on this forum do it all the time including myself.

And for about $500 bucks or so, you can take delivery at your local dealer......it’s called courtesy delivery if you choose to do so.

So you can pay the dealer you bought the car from (presumably far away) $500 to ship it home?

$500 goes to your local dealer or whatever they charge.

You order a car from whatever dealer and they ship the car to your local dealer. Do some search and you will find details. Not that complicated. Or do a performance center delivery and drive it home.

You are getting invoice, which isn't terrible. Since you're in the DC area, PM me.

The other thread for 10% off you said you got 10% off MSRP plus $3000 incentive. You only got 6% off here. How did you get 10% off?

I think he's confused and is including incentives available in his % off MSRP.

That makes sense 6% off plus $3000 incentives end up to be 9% off total.
