Hi,

My app is not updating my charging status and hasn’t for over a week. It is also stuck on where it thinks my car is??

Does anyone know of any fixes for this as I use this daily to monitor my charging and move it when fully charged in work.

Few issues with the update

Try updating "apps and services" from iDrive as mentioned in the above..

In the main menu press “APPS”. Press the “Option” button next to your iDrive controller. Then select “Update Apps and Services” on the screen. Wait until “Data Transfer Successful” is displayed on the screen before clicking “Ok”.

Also a new update was released yesterday so make sure you have the latest

Presume you’re talking about the mybmw phone app. I have the same issue. The charge status and location is totally wrong. It was stuck at one status for about a week. That changed this morning though… but still wrong.
