M4 CSL Part Numbers List from ETK
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com There are no weight figures listed except a few items mentioned. FRONT AXLE
REAR AXLE
WHEELS
DRIVETRAIN
EXTERIOR
INTERIOR
Rear left and right driveshafts are said to be shared between G80/G82 CS and G82 CSL models, and installed on regular models that see heavy track use due to high temps coming from the differential. Front knuckles 'RWD MINUS' mean that they add more negative camber. I do not know how much, but the 'correction' knuckles available as spare parts on the F8x added -0.5 degree, AFAIK. Front CFRP bonnet/hood -1 kg. Front kidney grille -0.5 kg. Front-end strut brace -0.5 kg. Rear exhaust silencer -4 kg. Rear trunk lid -6.5 kg. Centre console -3.5 kg.

I hate the way the 50th anniversary logos look and will replace them with traditional Roundels asap. |

Motor mounts and rear subframe mounts should be different as well.

Also removing them from the frozen painted hood is not something i'm totally comfortable won't damage the paint if it can be avoided. |

I think based on the recent video on youtube of the CSL part 2, and the photoshoot at Le Mans of the car without red stripes, i think that was the way it was originally intended. It looks understated like the e46 (as understated as the G series can be). It also really shows off the exposed carbon on the hood. The M specialists in that video even say "this is the final production car" and it doesn't have the red stickers on it.
I believe the marketing department came at the last minute and said "we need more" and put red stickers on the car. https://www.bmwblog.com/2022/07/01/b.../#lg=1&slide=0 |

Great thread. I guess we're still not seeing BMW DDCs on the CSL, like I would have hoped for.

Not there yet! If by DDC you meant EDC, it's got adaptive dampers.

Laser lights with Yellow DRLs were an option, too. Base lights were the Extended LEDs with the sleepy eyes.
