BMW 330e (G20) " Dead" ...

After upgrading (Ista+) a G20 (330e), the car was "dead". I disconnected the 3 batteries for 24 hours, and it's still the same. It does not diagnose with Ista+, it says that the PAD is not connected and does not read.
Can anyone help?

As far as my , limited , knowledge can help you the only thing to do is get it towed to the dealer and let them flash / reinstall the car ;(
