The moment you realize your 8 month old pre-LCI isn't going to look obsolete until 2029.

The EU style license plate breaks up the grill much better than a US sized one.

Overall nothing surprising here. Honestly I prefer this to the M340i for my use case. The extra hatch space is more valuable to me than rear leg and headroom. Also the sloped roof, more aggressive stance, general rarity, and nicer color options (green) is a big plus. The price difference is less than $2K spec'd out.

Still leaning towards the purple M240i route as it's $10K cheaper and even more aggressive looking though tbh, but if I needed space for a family, the GC is the move over the more boring M340i in my book.

Absolutely agree. When I took possession of my G26 last year, another one was having the front plate installed a couple of bays down and I flatly said “F-ck That” to the guy doing final delivery with me. He suggested I check out a device called Sto N Sho and I haven’t looked back since.

If we were legally allowed to have EU style plates I can see that I would’ve gone for that over anything else.

I've been driving BMW's with no front license plate in states where that is illegal for the last 15+ years and haven't been stopped once.
