I am new to BMWs and bought a 2021 330e Xdrive with M-Sport package including 19” the two tone rims this fall.

I am looking to create a great winter wheel setup to rely on for years, but I am unclear on whether 18” wheels will work with these calipers and I really want 18’s for pothole mitigation, not just tires for traction. BMW accessories site only points me to a 19” setup.

If 18’s indeed work, any named model number in in 18” would be helpful for me (795? 796?) and I can figure out tires from there.

BBS XR 18" work with M-Sport calipers

The M340i came from the factory with 18" wheels. Most 18" wheels will fit fine if you have the standard Brembo calipers.
