I had a referral to BMW Portland and they struck a deal. BMW Seattle didn't even try to negotiate. They just said they couldn't beat my BMW Northwest offer of 4.5% off. Ha! I have no idea what their problem is regarding discounts.

Well I wish I would have done that. I got about 5% off before rebates, but when I called kuni, bellevue, and northwest it was essentially the same-no one was budging. Either way still love the car!

You have a super nice car and 5% isn't that bad for our region.

Transfer helped me out with my purchase big time but Seattle ended up matching the best deal I got which was very surprising.

My car is about to hit LongBeach on the 26th and should be up here mid Sep if it all goes well. Very excited

Congrats! I'm over in Issaquah so I'm sure I'll see you around. Interesting that BMW Northwest decided to deal as well. I guess I was too early or neither BMW Seattle or Northwest liked me. I even told BMW Northwest about my average 8% discount in Portland and they wouldn't try to match it, just let me go. Oh well! I'm happy with my car and my deal. Maybe I paved the way for you guys.

Congratulations NBAFAN!

Transfer, you definitely did pave the way and very few folks are buying sedans so the dealer's are seeing the writing on the wall. Also, 10% discount after all the incentives is pretty close to a typical order. We ended up getting over 13% after all the rebates and such.

Another question is if that car was on the lot or ordered. All of this stuff makes a difference.

PS: Who writes a check for the entire car? Big no, no IMO......especially in the PNW where we are 2 secs away from a major accident or a fender bender with our amazing drivers (my f10 had 800 miles on it when I got rear-ended by an Amazon genius who was too busy being on his phone)

Thanks! Gap insurance is typically on a lease have it just in case. From feedback that I'm getting I might have been able to get another 2% off in another market. Something annoying is the speedometer is off by about 7%. My last bmw was maybe a mile off. But at 80 indicated actual speed is only 76 confirmed by GPS apps. I've got the 19's so theoretically indicated speed would be less than 18's. It's software related but bmw north America doesn't consider worth addressing. I

Yay - Delivered!

As requested: unload from the truck, do a safety check, put a tank of gas in it and do NOT touch anything else.

Full detail and ceramic coating will take place over the weekend and she is going in for tint and PPF on Monday :-)

Nice! Love the Portimao blue but my wife thinks it's too flashy.

I agree with her. This is my 1st blue car.

If I had my way, I would be driving a Bluestone Metallic 540 Msport w/ Cognac interior......

This will take sometime getting used to for sure.

Was seeing the other thread around ordering and pricing and most people are talking about 10% - 12% discount on the MSRP on M340 and then stacking the rebates. But looks like dealership in Seattle, Bellevue, Fife etc. aren't going to be giving that. Is that fair to assume? With MSDs and the current RV and the MF, assuming i do manage 10% of MSRP the monthly for M340 seems very favorable for a lease. Hence was trying to see if I should pursue the same.

What are the thoughts of the folks who have recently purchased? I have seen 2 different M340s during my commute in 202. I really like when I see it in my rear view mirror.
