I believe this thread started on the side profile and was understandably hijacked back to the grill. I actually think the Evolution of the G22 side profile is sweet. I can even still see the Hofmeister Kink, although contemporarily flattened out to run forward about half the length of the rear window.

I’m almost 69 and have appreciated Bimmers much of my driving life. I like most everything about this new model, except the silly silver teeth in the grill, but I will simply change that out to a fully blacked grill. Hopefully a couple good M Performance or IND after market parts are quickly available.
