Purchasing Discounted Miles

I'm curious what everyone else is being charged for purchasing additional miles. My BMWFS portal shows that the overage charge is .25 cents but when I go to pre purchase discounted miles it's actually more than the overage charge at .27 cents. Does this seem normal?

Not normal, somebody messed that up.

My contact at BMW gets me .23
