Great job on the render but I think that car is a BMW designing disaster. The key BMW design elements are gone. (Hoff kink, door line/handle crease and that front end...)

Good render. However, the wheels decide a lot in the exterior of the car. Only at the expense of disks can you make "sweets". Put the "needles" here and 20-21 inches, and it will be very, very. Matte color just right.

Meh...I just don't get the new grille design. And I'm in the market for a new car. Maybe I need to see it in person

LAUNCH THIS, BMW! G80 especially! From the spy pics and the clips thus far, this beast looks squatted and PLANTED more than it's sibling.

Can't wait for this!

Remember a few years back when we were up in arms that BMW simply inverted the kidney grills upside down for the X2. Man, BMW designers pretty much said hold my beer...

Haven't even really got to enjoy my F80 ZCP. Probably going to hold off for a end of cycle model like a G8X CS/GTS.

The render is really good, OP did a good job! BMW may have really screwed this one up hopefully in person it is better, all sides of the car IMO are amazing but the front looks just not right still.

I'm cool with everything from the front axles rearward. It's that buttaface that keeps my wallet closed.

I'm going to go out on limb here and say your render is probably going to look better than the final product. Well done.

Now if we could only render those grills gone in real life.

OP's rendering skills are so good that for a moment I forgot about the front grille.

I like it, but I also like Mustangs. And Frankly, I see Some Mustang in there. Like if it passed you on the highway, I'd be like oh which mustang is that? Then I would look and be oh, that's the new 4 series.

You did an amazing job here.

M3 - never... fugly.
M4 - only if I could drive it backwards and/or sideways. The front end is an abomination of automotive design. It has the wrong dimensions, proportions, and just looks hideous. The back is very well done, along with the sides of the M4

Best render so far I think. Really need to see them in the flesh so I'm reserving full judgment until then. Kinda tired of renders and camo'd test mules to be honest. No knock to you OP, just impatience on my part.

Really nice render

To answer your question, would not order. But that's because I've got an M2 with normal looking kidneys that's easy on the eyes.

G80 would still have looked better going off the G20 designs, just widebody with new bumpers. Neither of these look good to me (the cars, not the work done to bring these images to life)
