BMW - Dealer ‘recommended’ Maintenance
On my G20 - roughly 20ks on it the dealer is suggesting:
Alighnment HVAC Service Wheel Balancing No issues with any wheel pulling or wear - I use summer/winter tire sets. Funnily enough all the above are not covered so total would be around 800 $. Im sceptical - what do you folks think? Is this a cash grab or is any of the above really needed? |

The HVAC system service is likely a new filter with a spray of lysol or other air freshener into the HVAC filter hole to "freshen up" the system. As another suggested, anything more in depth would be much more than $250 i believe.

Hard pass. Did you go in for the "inspection" iDrive tells you to do after a certain amount of time? I cleared that maintenance reminder quickly, as it would certainly amount to "suggested maintenance" by the dealer. If my tires are wearing as expected and there's no vibrations, I'm not getting an alignment or wheels re-balanced. Also not even sure what a HVAC service is outside of a cabin air filter, which is DIY.
