G20 330xi Winter Tire Setup Help

Hi,

I know BMW recently changed the setup to 5x112 vs the 5x120 (cant use my previous F30 setup) and there may have also been changes to the center bore sizing etc.

Can anyone help point me into the right direction for what size winter rims/winter tires with square set up, one would go with for G20 with msport brakes? Currently have 19 inch square setup.

Would a 17 inch be too small?
Would an 18 just fit?
The center bore needs to be 66.6, but what about the rest..

Do you go with a +27 OFFSET Or +35 OFFSET?

Thanks for any help!

I'm about to list for sale a set of winter tires/rims from my recently traded G20 M340i (2020) with the M sport brakes. Purchased from the dealership -so they're the BMW wheels. Blizzaks on 19" rims. Used for a single winter (maybe 6000 km at most).

I don't have the specs on me at the moment (currently in the office). But I can get them for you if wish.

i believe I have the same vehicle as you and I just went through this whole problem last fall in preparation for winter

my oem summer is 225/40 R19

17 is way too small, doesn't clear our blue m sport brakes

18 just barely fits. i went with 225/45 R18 bridgestone blizzak ws90s. no rubbing but it seems like even the small change in diameter (-0.4%) likes to trigger the dsc. end up driving with DTC on for most of the winter.

prob best to stick with 19s tbh

Thanks for the feedback. Disappointed my old setup wont fit so have been searching for a new but hopefully barely used set. Atleast now i know that i should be looking at 19s.

Anyone have a set within Toronto they are looking to sell? Not interested in paying 2k for a new set.
