What part number did you order?

Voice command music

I discovered how to play all my uploaded to disk music randomly;

Search Titles, all titles are listed.
Check Shuffle box (or not if you want them in order)
Select any song in the list
Once a song in the list is playing, you can switch to radio (or whatever)
Continue the random list at any time by voice command;

"Play Music Collection"

The random list continues where it left off.

Not sure about the slampiece, they may be more inclined to shatter the window. Depends on her insanity factor. Proceed with caution.

learned the hard way yesterday that the g20 does not have a manual fuel lid release mechanism. while returning from a day trip found that the fuel lid wouldn't open. Luckily had just enough diesel left in the tank to get me home. really stunned test bmw would discard emergency workarounds for something as crucial as the fuel lid.

That feature is decades old on just about every car in the world, but I hear all the time that people just discovered it!

LOL funny, I was getting my car serviced at the dealer today and I was talking to a customer about all the features my car has and that I haven’t read the manual yet and she mentioned she had to look at the online manual in the car to find out where the gas door is. I told her a little secret that almost every car has an arrow by the gas gauge to let you know what side it’s on.

Rear middle headrest is removable-dramatically improves rear visibility.

Did you try just flipping it forward first? That improves visibility as well without the empty look of removing it.

It does tho, inside the trunk, remove a piece of trim on the right, and there will be a wire to pull and manually release the fuel lid.

Couldn't find a video of the g20, but the f30 is similar (at least according to the manual, haven't done it myself)

ive searched everywhere and also called bmw assist.. they have removed the manual release in the g20. and the manual has a section called emergency release and simply says "sometimes the lid maynot open and you will to take to the dealer"

There is another discussion on this, but having had this same issue, I can confirm that BMW removed the emergency fuel door release on the G20. Not sure what they were thinking.

My dealership was unable to locate and open the fuel door using the emergency release, which according to my user guide requires a dealer visit...see screenshot.

Damm, my manual does state the emergency release procedure, I guess it's because the 330e has a different fuel release setup... well, Today I Learned

Oh very interesting, I just learned something today too! Pretty crazy that they removed it from the petrol model. Seems like a no brainer to keep it! But thanks for clarifying.

attached is the snippet from the guide. they obviously know this can happen and yet removed the emergency flap. very callous.

Just noticed after 6 months of ownership that temperature gauge displays the word "COLD" when the needle is pointing to the minimum temperature!
