Thanks for the reply! I would love an M3 but unfortunately I live in the Midwest where it snows half the year. My old Honda Civic is on its last legs so I kinda need a car that I can drive year round. I could always buy an old winter car but that means my M3 will be sitting for half the year. I’m still in my mid 20s but the M3 will def be in my plans when I settle down a bit and can afford another car to drive during the winter.

Well I have no idea what your financial situation is like, but $800 a month on a lease is a big nut a month to pay and not own it after 3 years. I lease personally myself, and have had 4 BMW's two have been leases. It works for me now, but I'm not paying nearly as much as $800. You could just get a set of good winter tires and trims for the winter and you'll save yourself a lot of money in the end. That payment over three years is gonna be 30k which you'll never see again and being in your mid 20's that's a Ton of money to lose imo. Sorry I'm 40 now and have a child so I kinda think differently lol. Just trying to give you advice I'd give any of my frie6/family..

Absolutely that is a lot of money. If I can’t get a good deal on this one, then I’ll settle for a less expensive car. Thanks again for the advice

Invoice: 61710
Rebate: 1000
Down payment: 3000
MF: 0.00215
Residual: 0.59
Acq fee: 925
Doc fee: 100
Total tax is 2490.94

Monthly payment is 889.50

I tried to haggle as best I could but salesman would not budge and states this is the absolute best offer he can provide. This is also my first time working on a lease deal. I forgot to mention that I qualify for the recent college grad discount so that would be another 1,000 off. But does this seem like a good deal? The MF seems really high (5.16%). However, this is the only other car in the lot. The other 2 have already been bought and this one has the precise color, interior that I wanted. It also drove like a beast. Any input from your experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Current mf is .00177 anything above that is bs markup

And don't pay more than invoice less incentives

1. MF is way too high . Dealer MF is
0.00177. They are jacking it up to almost
The Max. I got the dealers 0.00177
2. Do 7 MSD’s (multiple security deposits)
That will also lower your MF substantially, hence
Your monthly payment.
3. Join BMWCCA for 3 years . Approximately $140
And you will receive a $500 rebate check
After you close your deal. Call BMWCCA for
All the specific details & time frame.
4. We received $5,000 MSRP.
5. Don’t buy off the “Lot” order one. It’s
Much more fun to “watch” n track it’s build
In Germany 🇩🇪.
6. You don’t want to buy a car other folks
Have Test Drove too.
Hope my suggestions helped.

Sure. Nalley BMW of Decatur.

Also includes incentives. There were a few extras for me including loyalty ($2k) and College/Masters grad ($1k), etc.

I remember when people were speculating about $70k M340is with $1000+ payments as if it were going to be a fact

Pretty close to fully loaded and the online lease quote came out to $923.48/mo(10k/year and $2500 down). Should be interesting to see what people end up paying.
Can you please keep me posted with what deal you end up getting? I am about to order a car as well.

Thank You!!!

My F10 lease is up at the end of July so looks like I will be ahead of you. I will let you know what I end up getting. I am down to 540 Msport or M340.... both x-drive.

If between the two I think I would lean towards the m340 as well.

Newer model/tech, smaller, "sportier". More power?

Thanks guys. I am going to go drive the M340 soon and decide. For me 5er wins on the looks department but I wouldn’t mind something that has more pick up and go for DD.

Lease numbers will play a big role as well.

Will keep you all posted

Words of advice: Don't do it

Went in for a nearly fully loaded 330 build and test drove the M340. Now I'm building an M340.

If you are fully loading a 330, the M340 probably makes sense (and for a smidge more a month). In my opinion, the increase in monthly is quickly made up for in the power.

I am sure it’s impressive. I recently had a X3 M40 as a loaner and I was pleasantly surprised then I spent a weekend with buddy’s M2 Competition and wow what a car but none of them were there on the comfort level that 5er offers. I have 6 cars in the stable including a 911TT. I am just looking for a daily that does what I need. Back seat space important as well which F30 lacked big time.

330 is not a consideration at all. M340 or 540 Msport......

I am still in love with my F10 and would totally keep it if it wasn’t for the 67% residual

In general, you should be able to negotiate a selling price that is 10% to 12% off BEFORE any incentives are applied. Some people have pulled off 15%, but that's an exceptional deal. After that, it just depends on your credit rating and the number of MSDs (multiple security deposits) you're willing to put down. Rule of thumb is that your monthly lease payment, with taxes rolled in, should be under 1% of the MSRP of the car. For example, if MSRP is $62K, your monthly should be under $620.

I thought it was before taxes since different states have different tax rates.
