Hi there. Figured I would chime in on the seat issue here. Initially I thought the seats felt a bit short and hard than the ones in the F30 I turned in. But after a few months they have broken in they are pretty comfortable now. They seats in the 3 are nowhere as wide or as big as in the 5 series. I am making the comparison based on the seats in the X6 and from the 550i I had before that.
