320i vs 330i

What is the difference in the B48 engine in the 330i vs 320i?

Interested as I bought a 320i M Sport and plan to tune it into 330i power.

That’s not the case - the 320i is a detuned version of the 330i’s which is a twin-scroll. I believe that the 320i version also has weaker pistons and internals. Or so I was told by a tuner in Holland. Regardless, imagine the 320i would have no issue running stock 330 like power.
