BMW Store lost

Took the car for service and the BMW Store on the apps menu disappeared also there is no apps on installed apps except BMW assist. Any way i can use a flash drive and install apps myself?

Select Apps from the main menu in iDrive.
Tap Options button on iDrive controller
Select "Update Apps and Services"

The amount of times of done that is insane Lol. Its literally been removed from the car i think

Have you tried to reboot the iDrive? Press the power button for approx 30 sec until the screen goes blank and check the apps.

Done that too im debating reseting idrive. Does connecteddrive hold all settings?

reboot many times , nothing. But when I did "Reset Vehicle Data" all apps came back. But need to set up everything again.

Alright so i reset vehicle data and everything is back up and running. Connected drive account held most of the settings except seat memory. I've been trying to figure out a solution on the phone with BMW assist for 3 weeks and this was the simplest method to just reset.
