Inaccurate traffic information

The traffic flow thing works well, but an on-ramp in my area has been shut down for months and it is not shown on the map, it instead marks the next on-ramp as being closed. Other than that it works flawlessly and reflects CalTrans QuickMap's marked closures and incidents. Weird.
