Does anyone here work for Porsche? With all the pro-Porsche propaganda, it makes me wonder...

If you never heard of the constant Ferrari fires of previous models I tend to believe you don't have experience with them. Last edited by buildbright; 04-27-2015 at 04:16 PM.. |

"Porsche’s next 911 GT3 RS track monster has been spotted testing in prototype form for the past several months and was originally expected to be launched sometime this summer. We’ve just learned, however, that the car’s arrival may be delayed due to additional testing required to ensure its engine is safe.
This is because the new GT3 RS will come with the same 3.8-liter flat-six fitted to the 2014 911 GT3, which was recently discovered to be prone to catching fire because of loose fasteners on its connecting rods. Porsche is implementing a fix to new engines and has chosen to replace all engines in the 785 GT3s it’s sold so far."

Just because you want to believe something doesn't mean it is. Just because you have google and time to search all day doesn't mean what you read is accurate. Your not a porcshe engineer or a expert in Ferrai's because you read about them in magazines and watch YouTube.

Toyota is kicking ass. Honda is going to kick Porsches ass very soon with the NSX. And Nissan has been doing that for almost a decade now. Besides, Porsche sounds like a tractor next to a high-revving Ferrari or LFA. |

Drifting? I'd rather bore myself with watching a motorcycle stunt show.

Last I remember, Carrera GT sounded better than any Ferrari,or LFA. Same goes for the 918 Spyder. |

Porsche 919 Hybrid with V4 does not sound better than Toyota TS030 with V8. Toyota Landcruiser V8 sounds better than Porsche Cayenne Turbo. BMW M4 with I6 sounds better than Porsche 911 Turbo with Flat6. Porsche is overpriced can get the same for much less, or much better for a little less at BMW, Mercedes, Ferrari, McLaren. |

The hyperbole in your statements is laughable. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last NSX was a joke compared to a 911. Mario Andretti rankes even the Carrera 4 above the NSX. Sorry but the NSX could barely compete with a base 911 let alone something like a GT3. http://www.nsxprime.com/FAQ/Media/magazines/rt9906.htm The next NSX wont touch a 918...it will barely be able to compete with a 991 Turbo S or GT3/RS. Just like your precious LFA it will be showing up to a 2015 party way late and under performing too. The flat 6 is the single best sounding 6 cylinder engine the world has ever seen. It is the best sounding thing this side of a Carrera GT which does sound much better than anything Ferrari, Lexus, McLaren or otherwise...same goes for the 918. I have an M3/4 and its a pretty bad sounding car and not even 1/4 as good sounding as any Porsche F6. Last edited by Revcrazy; 04-29-2015 at 12:22 PM.. |

Carrera GT sounds good, other Porsches sound pretty bad, not even 1/10 of what a Ferrari sounds like. People who think Porsche sounds better than Ferrari are some serious fanboys, the King Joffrey of fanboys.
Everyone I know always uses the phrase "sounds good... for a Porsche" because a Porsches sound does not come close to other supercars. Bottom line, Porsche sounds bad.

Sorry, as much as I like the sound of a Carrera GT with straight pipes, it does not sound as good as a stock LFA. That's the closest you'll get to a production car sounding like the old V10 F1 cars.

Look up the definition of Porsche fanboy in the dictionary and you'll find Revcrazy (Wolfinwolfsclothing).
