Had a ‘phone call from my local Main Dealer this morning so say that I need to book my 330i M-Sport in for a Safety Check due to possible corrosion of the front axle! Surely not!
Didn’t realise it had a front axle as such.
Is anything known about this?
Had the motor since May 2019.

There was a recall mentioned on the forum around May/June relating to the tie rod?

There's a recall for front axle support due to corrosion. I assume it is a part not properly protected from the elements. Been an active recall for months and months now.
