Range Rover Valar D240 HSE Dynamic

Hi I am after some advice ,I realise lots off you continually change cars

I am thinking off buying a Valar for my wife , I realise its a land Rover and they are troublesome that said I thought buying new with 36 months warranty will help. or the demo they have with 33 months remaining

just joined a Velar forum as well

Has anybody got any advice

No history on the Velar but my wife has the new evoque and no issues whatsoever. We also had the previous gen evoque when they first came out and it was trouble free too.

Maybe, once you have the salesman on the hook, ask for a guaranteed equivalent courtesy car so when itís on itís holidays you donít loose out

JLR get 20 weeks holiday a year...

I went from a 440i to a RRS HSE, very nice place to be. No issues so far in my six months of ownership ! The 306hp twin turbo V6 diesel is a peach of an engine.

Not too keen on the Velar, something not right about the shape IMO.

Go for it - Iíve had my Evoque for 3 years and have had 3 amazing years of driving. Iíll be really sad to see it go! The Disco sports got a bad write up for reliability but I think things have evened out across the brand since they used some staple Ford parts a few years ago. Whatever happens youíll have no problem selling it, very sought after!
