Discount off MSRP for a M440i Convertible?

Hi folks, I'm currently shopping for a new 2024 M440i xDrive Convertible. Not too fussed on options as the stock model is pretty find for my needs/wants.

Talked to a dealer in SoCal on the phone who immediately offered about 8% off MSRP their stock without any haggling. I also have a corp cert that takes another $1K off on top of this. Went into a NorCal dealer today who offered me 10% off their models + the $1K after I told them I wanted 12% off. The exchange was polite, but they let me walk after offering the 10% off sticker.

Based on your experience out there, is 10% off sticker a good deal for these? Thanks for your guidance!

Update

Thought I'd share the end result with the group. On a 2024 xDrive M440i, I ended up with exactly 10% off MSRP + was able to use my $1K Corporate Rebate Certificate (which is covered by BMW and not the dealer).

The one I bought was pretty well equipped. Was able to negotiate a base model 2024 xDrive M440i convertible for 9.3% off MSRP + $1K at a different dealership.

Bottom line is there are deals to be had on these. Hope this helps others out there!

Which dealer were you able to get the discount at? I have 2 near me in San Gabriel Valley - neither is offering more than $1k off MSRP .

I just got off the phone with one dealer in my area of Florida and they wanted me to pay full MSRP. He finally offered $2k "loyalty" and said he "might" be able to give me another $1k if he "talks to his manager". That's on a $52k 330e. That's about 5.7% off.

Good to see you shopped around at different dealerships that's really the only way to know what's a good deal when they start letting you walk. It's been awhile since I bought a new BMW but if you can 10% off I'd say that's pretty good these days. I know BMWs are in bit shorter supply compared to a lot of automakers.
