Coding M3/M4 unlock sequence to g20
Hi all - does anyone know if it's possible to code the g80/g82 unlock sequence into a g20 with laser light? I'm assuming it's all done via coding and no extra hardware but not sure. I saw the unlock sequence on the g82 and was amazed by it and i have the laser headlights, so I would assume it just needs the coding. My car has the latest 3/2021.50 software from BMW as I needed to have a part installed, so I got updated this week.

There's some sort of sequence around the 17s mark. Not sure if that's what the OP meant.

This sequence was exactly what I was talking about. I'd assume if you have the hardware it's just a coding feature no?

If you have the hardware, then yes. It's just a coding thing. We'll have to wait for more people with the G80/82 to become active and willing to check out their modules to find a difference. Probably easier if using esys or the other softwares available instead of Bimmercode.
