Is it possible to link a mobile phone to a specific driver profile?

At the moment I'm having to manually select my phone after wife has driven car.

It seems like it should be possible for it to switch automatically based on which key is being used.

We both use Android Auto / Apple CarPlay so it would be good if this switched as well.
