You know I don’t usually thank companies for selling me things, but I do appreciate how hard some people work to make sure that you get quality customer service and support vs just merchandise.

Tom O at Vibe Motorsport helped me 5 months ago with a set of Vossens HF-5 , he went beyond my expectations to make sure that I got the correct wheel and offset as my suspension and calipers were different the a normal M340i. He made sure that I didn’t have to run spacers , with no poke. And clear the front larger calipers /rotors including the rear.

He went back and forth with vossen to make sure fitment was on point .
He also made sure to not compromise my xdrive and helped me choose the correct tires.

Tom O Thank You 5 months later and I’m still loving my set up. They are holding up well.

Hope you don’t mind me posting the car so that people can read how involved and invested you are with your customers.
