BMW Connected Drive Music not working

Hi All,

I have an active Connected drive subscription which includes BMW music but I can't seem to get the app to appear in the system.

Does anybody have any ideas? I have updated the apps several times and still no luck.

Worth trying a reboot by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds.

I cant find Napster either. I recall someone on here saying that you cant be logged into Spotify and Connected Music at once, so maybe if you are logged into Spotify, try disconnecting that.
Im quite a heavy Spotify user so would rather continue to use that and therefore havent bothered putting much effort into looking for Connected Music.

BMW Music does not appear in the Apps menu if that is what you're looking for?

If you go into Connected Music it goes to BMW Music (which IS basically Napster) in there. If you are already logged into Spotify though you will need to log out I believe.

And if you can work out how to sign out of Spotify, then fair play.

Highlight a song when playing Spotify then press the option button and it will bring up the sign out menu

Thanks for the replies. Where can I find Connected Music?? That’s also not on my apps list?? Sorry if I am missing something here.

Should be an option on the Media list. Along with Radio / USB etc. Mine says Spotify, but guessing it would say "BMW Music" or similar.
If it's not there, scroll to the bottom and select Personalise, and make sure its ticked in there.

Yep just press the Media button by the iDrive contoller to reveal your sources.

Finally got it working. Had to log out of Spotify, as advised and now it works. Not very intuitive!
