It’s not a massive difference by any means.

And in my experience, it feels smaller than E90 and F30 when you’re actually driving, because it’s more agile and tighter overall.
7 inches is quite long.

I haven't driven it yet but it seems most reviews and Bimmerphiles say it's improved over the F30 but still not as dialed in or "tight" (from a steering perspective) as the E90 was.

The new digital dash has a noticable delay. You hear the Rev but the LCD is lagging behind.

But the rhetoric from pre-2010 is still alive, people think it's still happening, because you know, we have to find something to complain about.

The heaviest 3 series ever was E90. Let that sink in
The only person I've seen complain about weight is the OP. The rest of us complain about the steering and sheer size of these cars. It's hard to feel like your car is dancing in corners when it's physically massive.
Ahhh but people want 5-star crash ratings and massive crumple zones. Also pedestrian protection is legislated into the designs. Take your pick...

You can still get analog gauges in the G20.

I have the previous gen full digital gauges on my F32 440 and this is definitely not the case. Synced just as well as the "analog" f30 I had before... of course there no real analog it's just a computer telling an electric motor where to position.

Was this experience from your g20 test drive?
