I'm aware it could have gone lower, but I think it's a pretty fair deal.

You got 10% off pre incentives, so not bad but the inflated MF is the only piece that could've been worked on.

Regardless, looks fair all I would've done is try to get 11-12% off and base MF. If you shopped around and didn't get any better, then it is what it is. Not a bad deal regardless.

Is this a recent build? I was told from 2 dealers that 2020 orders are not currently being placed.

Discounts are regional, but it seems most people who are able to get a good deal, get at least 10% off before incentives.

3yrs 10k miles 60% RV
4200 das (NY taxes up front & fees)
$598 monthly
From the lease calculator it doesn’t add up my payments should be more towards $620 but I’ll take it, I’m locked in until the end of July so if incentives and MF n RV get better my contract will be adjusted.
On a side note I’m coming from a C43 and this is my first custom order, I am very excited and hopefully I get the car before august

the lease prices at the moment in the Uk are sky high, this seems to be the case across all leases at the moment.

I have just bought a M340i with a number of options as a factory order. I got 20% off as a PCP deal. I normally lease but this was a way cheaper option that leasing.

A lot of it depends on the market. CA and NE dealers have more competition and generally will deal more. Also, many of these deals are pre-COVID, whereas now there is a drastic supply shortage.

I was quoted 8% off MSRP + $3k incentives at base MF for 2020 factory order. COVID has inflated prices a bit since supply is low at the moment. I missed the deadline so the dealer is extending that discount to a 2021. Likely only $2k in loyalty though.
