Man the more pics I see and the closer we get to a possible reveal the more worried and anxious I get. I'm usually a cup half full type of guy but I got a bad feeling about the design...

Why would bmw go through the trouble of crafting an entirely different bumper months before reveal just to troll?? The amount of work doesn't seem worth for a company to do...
Also, the old prototype idea doesn't hold water either taking camo off an old prototype to test in the mountains? Seems moot if you ask me
Guess we'll see how close this is to the real one soon.

Would love for it to look close to that at least (i know it wont be exact obviously). The one other thing that we can confirm here thats great is that the hoodline does indeed go all the way down to the grills (in whatever form those grills take)

There are tons of test cars running around in different areas of the U.S. and other countries in different states of tune and development. SCOTT26 confirmed this to be an earlier prototype as well, just like the earlier versions seen on The 'Ring' with regular G-Series bumpers.

It's interesting to me from a psychological perspective the lengths people will go through to feed their denial and avoid acceptance. Most of us have stomached the reality that is upon us, but there are a few who are unwilling to accept the reality for what it is. I'm glad those individuals are brave enough to go on record though. It'll be entertaining to witness their reactions and attempts at back pedaling when the car is revealed and the grills are indeed large and unlike anything currently in BMW's line-up.

You can definitely see that they took a g20 grill trim and stuck it in top of the real m3 grill. I'm not prepared to see the real thing

All the haters, take a chill pill and actually wait for the reveal.

Time and time again BMW have got the M3/4 design spot on. Seems like yesterday I waited up for the M4 reveal.

Looks like an older bumper fitted to the G80 frame. And this one looks different from the images photographed on the car carrying trailer. As someone's mentioned, BMW's toying with us.

I think it will be a surprise to those who are waiting with such trepidation. You need only to look at the M340i to get an idea. Same basic shape but more muscular fenders wider wheels, cooler side mirrors,
more aggressive spoilers (not crazy ones) , sharper handling, faster , maybe a few individual colors. Did I leave anything out?

I think I've gotten to the point where I'm now more excited for Sedan_Clan's reveal of how he's going to roast all of the non-believers more than BMW's reveal of their new taller grille on the M3/4 & 4series

M3

It is obviously M3 which I m sure will look good and not as extreme as that render, which I kind of like actually. 450hp is unacceptably low.
